The initiative establishes defined processes, quality performance measurements and feedback mechanisms to make the mailing interface more efficient for both mailing houses and Australia Post.
All letters are produced and lodged according to the following quality controls and guidelines:
e-LMS (electronic lodgement of postal documents)
CBQA (verification of Australia Post 4-state barcode)
PIP (postal improvement programme)
